How Platform is Used to Reach Audiences

By posting a mix of CityMusic-related news and photos, videos of musicians, and Instagram posts "regrammed" (the equivalent of retweeting) from other users—along with using hashtags—CityMusic has positioned itself as a thought leader.  Our Instagram page has become a destination for interesting content and we have grown our follower base.

The Future

In 2020, CityMusic Cleveland is continuing to post more on Instagram, and find creative visual ways to discuss the orchestra, its concerts and its place in Cleveland.
