Arleigh Savage

Bassoonist Arleigh Savage hails from East Lansing, MI and is a second year masters student at the Cleveland Institute of Music, studying with John Clouser. principal bassoonist of the Cleveland Orchestra. Savage completed a B.M. in bassoon performance at Michigan State University in May of 2010. An active orchestral musician, Savage appears locally with the Ohio Philharmonic Orchestra and as a substitute player for the Cleveland Pops Orchestra and Ashland Symphony. During the summer of 2011, Savage performed as a contracted musician with Ohio Light Opera’s summer series in Wooster, Ohio.
