Adam Attard is entering his fourth year as a student of Scott Dixon at the Cleveland Institute of Music. He is a section bassist in the Canton Symphony, and is a substitute for the Toledo and Firelands Symphonies. He also performed as a soloist with the CIM orchestra in Fall 2015, performing the Vanhal bass concerto. He has spent the last two summers as a student at the String Academy at Domaine Forget, working with bassists including Francois Rabbath, Paul Ellison, David Moore, Etienne LaFrance, Ali Yazdanfar, and Nicholas Walker. He has also been a participant in the Texas Music Festival. Adam has performed in masterclasses for teachers including Harold Robinson, Alexander Hanna, Sidney King, and Ira Gold, and has been coached in chamber music at CIM by Elizabeth Camus, Rick Solis, and Peter Salaff.
