Aaron Schwartz, an Illinois native, is a freelance violinist and teacher based in Columbus, OH. Praised as
an extremely versatile musician, you can see him collaborating with artists on YouTube and Instagram,
covering pieces from Louis Armstrong and The Eagles to Ysaye and Brahms. Aaron has worked with
artists such as Rachel Barton Pine, Joseph Silverstein, Andres Cardenes, Manfred Honeck, Pascal
Tortelier, Marvin Hamlisch, Michael Tree, the St. Lawrence, Pacifica, and Cavani String Quartets.
Currently a member of the Caroga Chamber Players in New York and teacher at the Chamber Music
Connection in Columbus, he hopes to continue to bring any and all kinds of music to new audiences and
to help bridge the gap between classical music listeners and alternative listeners. Aaron received his
bachelor’s degree and performance certificate from Carnegie Mellon University.
